How We Started

Pure Egret began in 2010 when founder Marcus Chen walked away from a large construction firm. He was tired of seeing cookie-cutter renovations that ignored what homeowners actually needed.

The first project was his own home. A complete redesign based on one principle: make every decision intentional. No default choices. No "that's how it's always done."

That project led to a neighbor asking for help. Then another. Word spread quietly among people who wanted something different from their renovation experience.
